Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pierre's Automotive platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old and a valid driver's license holder to use our vehicle rental and financing services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Vehicle Rentals

All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and our rental agreement. You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the payment method on file.

4. Financing Services

Financing is subject to credit approval and verification. All financing terms are governed by your individual financing agreement. Pierre's Automotive is not a direct lender and acts as a facilitator between customers and our lending network.

5. DrivePay

By using DrivePay, you authorize Pierre's Automotive to process payments according to the terms of your payment agreement. AutoPay will process automatically on your selected date each month. You may cancel or modify AutoPay at any time with 3 business days notice.

6. Fees and Payments

All prices are in USD. Rental rates exclude applicable taxes and add-on services. Financing rates are quoted as APR and include all mandatory fees. There are no application fees for pre-qualification.

7. Cancellation Policy

Rental cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pierre's Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County.
